<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Responsibilities<\/span> As an Administrative Accounting Assistant, you will be the link between different departments and ensure that our financial administration runs smoothly.<br \/>\nYou will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:     <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Mailbox management and billing<\/strong>: You ensure that inquiries around billing are handled timely and correctly.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Getting vendor invoices processed, entered and payment prepared:<\/strong> Accuracy is your second nature, and you make sure invoices are always correct.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Management of fleet and team expenses:<\/strong> You will ensure that all expenses are properly recorded and allocated to the appropriate line items.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Follow up payments of customer invoices:<\/strong> Analyze and correct any problems.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Customer Advice &amp; Support:<\/strong> Advice: Inform and advise customers on appropriate products\/services.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Support:<\/strong> Provide assistance with simple problems and refer complex questions.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Working with IT systems:<\/strong> You are proficient in using various IT systems and help integrate them into an efficient whole.<br \/>\nExperience in Odoo is a big plus!
